الآيس كريم طعام حلو مجمد مصنوع من اللبن أو القشدة والسكر. أول من اخترع الآيس كريم هم الصينيون فى القرن الرابع قبل الميلاد. من المدهش أن كميات الآيس كريم التى تؤكل فى البلاد الأوروبية أكثر من تلك التى تؤكل فى البلاد الحارة.
